The role of Sales Advisor is varied and rewarding with the ultimate goal to ensure our customers are provided with a high level of service from start to finish and that’s where we need you. • Ensuring the best quality of service to our customers, by telephone, e-mail or post
• Recommend the most appropriate product or service to meet our customer’s needs, as well as assisting them with any technical enquiries they have
• Process customer orders placed over the internet, by telephone or at the counter
• Manage any returns or customer complaints
• Liaising with customers with regards to product repairs and warranty
• Invoicing product repairs and sharpening
• Assisting with despatches and helping pick orders when required
• Other varied duties as needed

• Assisting with Purchasing/Stock control
• Attending trade shows throughout the UK
• Marketing
• Working with our trade customers (on & off-site)

• Have a friendly and courteous attitude towards customers at all times
• The ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others to receive the best outcome
• Excellent verbal communication
• Have a willingness and ability to learn about our product range, including technical aspects
• Have the ability to work under pressure at times in a fast-paced office environment
• A can-do attitude with flexibility to do what it takes to get the job done

Job type: Full Time

Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) and some Saturday mornings (8am-12pm).

Hourly Rate: £12.75 - £14.00 (dependant on experience)
