LONGHORN® 12 VOLT 3.2 has been puts farmers in total control. Powered by your vehicle battery or a spare 12v battery the Longhorn® 12 Volt 3.2 provides ultimate portability.
Using the latest permanent magnet technology, power is never compromised with the Longhorn 12 Volt 3.2 shearing machine.
The Longhorn® 12 Volt 3.2 can shear over 300 sheep from a spare Land Rover battery before recharging! You don't even need to have the engine running whilst shearing, just run the engine for 5 minutes every 2 to 3 hours to keep the battery topped up.
Can be used direct from mains power when used with our Longhorn® Transformer which converts from 240 volts AC to 12 volts DC.

As of the 1st January 2023 all Longhorn® machines purchased with a flexible driveshaft are supplied with a Longhorn® EasyDrive Adjustable Driveshaft, that have a 19mm end fitting and requires a 19mm ferrule.
